To understand the “GAME-OVER” clauses, please look here.

http://ourgwt.com/ourblog/compensation-plan-pitfalls/
Category: Health and Wellness  “GAME-OVER”
Compensation Plan Type: Unilevel – focus on overrides and bonuses  “GAME-OVER”
Remark: 92% of the companies on the DSA are in Nutrition, telecommunications, household products.
GWT: Designer Products. Only company on the DSA that does this.

Ranks: 12 categories of ranks
Remark: Ranks only serve one purpose which is to reduce the money from the company to you. Think about this, you’ve already done the work, you should get paid, but they have ranks in place to prevent that from happening. Why not join a company that has no ranks and allows you to earn the top dollar without having to go through ranks. And we all know how hard it is to advance ranks in these plans. Not everyone can do it, so not everyone has a fair chance of earning the same dollar.
GWT: No ranks. You earn exactly the same as the top earners of the company do. Same business plan for everyone, very fair.

Retail profits: 10%
Remark: very low
GWT: up to 250% markup.

Front End Bonus: Firstly, this is a bonus. Not residual. The way this bonus works depends on what level star # you are. So as a Team Partner, if you have one Team Partner in one leg that does 100PV, are you a 1 star. If you have another Team Partner, in another leg, you are a 2 star and so forth up to 5 stars. So in another words, you can have more than 2 legs that you are building if you want to become 5 star to get the most bonus. To make this more complicated, if you have more than one Team Partner in any leg, who is also doing 100PV, than you don’t get any bonus beyond them. So again, you’ll want to become a 5 star to be able to get overrides when this happens. However, you only get 6 levels. So once you have more than 6 people in one line that has 100PV, you won’t get anything from them.
Remark: This is what we call a contradiction. If you want to help your team the most, you will place people below them. However, because of this bonus, you want to place people horizontally 5 wide to get the most bonuses for yourself. They do use some compression to push volume past people who don’t hit targets toward the ones that do. That means that you can get volume deeper in your organization, but it also means that there’s no carryover from period to period – someone is getting paid, and if you’re not qualified, its not you. It will be harder to get your first or next cheque.

Performance Bonus: This is basically a bonus you get if you sell the highest package. You get $100 basically. For every big package you sell after the first one, you can $150. In GWT, you always receive $50 wholesale profit plus 5% IA match which is another 90 IA points worth $112.50 members pricing.

Top Management Bonus: This is another bonus that depends on which rank you are and the rank of your team members. Let’s say you are the International Marketing MAnager, that means you can make 9%. However, if someone in one of your legs has this same rank, you get 0%. IF someone else has the Marketing Manager level at 5%, than you get the difference of 4%.
Comparison: In GWT, you get 10% of everything from the 1st level down to infinite.
Remark: This is yet again another contradiction. You actually don’t want people in your downline to match your rank because you lose alot of your bonsues.

Other remarks: To enjoy the benefits of the Royalty Bonus and the TP Front End Bonus, you have to be a Manager. In GWT, you get all the income streams and bonuses from day 1.

Other remarks: To advance ranks, the more sales you have to have in your organization and more other ranked members you have to have. I’m not sure what happens if someone in your team loses their ranks, do you lose yours?
