I’m going to break down the compensation plan step by step and what they mean in their compensation plan.

Fast-start payments – This is when you sell a Fast-Start Product package which is a $275 CAD package, you earn $50 paid to the seller.  At GWT, you earn $50 for any package sold from Silver, Plangsten, Gold and Diamond.

30% Retail profit – At GWT, we go up to 100% on our Retail Profits. They also have a fine print for this which is that you have to be an Active Distributor. What Active means it that you have to have at least 100PSV (personal sales volume) as well as 5 retail orders PER month to be active. In GWT, you don’t need to have any of this to make Retail Profits or the Support Bonus. Also, to be active in GWT to earn Income Streams 3,4,5 and 6 all you need to do is to sponsor 2 people at any given time which is a lot easier than selling 5 retail PER month.  “GAME-OVER” as per the Compensation Plan Pitfalls training.  Anything required to maintain qualifications aside from monthlies is a “GAME-OVER”.

5% commission on L1 sales volume generated monthly – In GWT, you earn 10% on all sales that happen in your team from day 1.   “GAME-OVER” again, in GWT you get 10% down to INFINITY!

Leadership Development – Basically, they give you an added bonus called the Mega Performance Bonus Pool if you can generate a ton of group sales volume and you also have to order a whole bunch of more products. I like GWT because the Diamond $150/month gives you all the ways of making money without having to order more. To qualify for this is not easy either. You have to have 1000 GSV (Group sales volume) on month1, 1500 GSV in month 2, and 2000 GSV in month 3. Again, what we want to look for in a compensation plan is the passive income and not all these bonuses.

Wealth Maximizer – This Wealth Maximizer basically works by trying to pay you the most out of 2 ways of calculating commissions. One way is if you have at least 3000 GSV, they pay you 5% plus you then get 10% on your first group that breakaway from you. To make this easy, comparing to GWT, you get 10% on ALL of your team not just your first breakaway team. So this is one way to earn your commissions or the other way is in the Stairstep breakaway plan that they have. Again, the way the stairstep breakaway works is when people in your organization that you sponsored start becoming Executives (which is again having 3000 GSV per month), that promotes you to the Gold level and that makes this batch of people that you sponsored become your first breakaway. So let’s say you sponsored 10 people, and 1 of these 10 people brought in at least 3000 GSV that month, than you would become the Gold level and that 1 person would be part of your first breakaway group (G1). When you have between 2-3 personal sponsored people breakaway, than you become a higher rank. In the end, you earn 5% commission on every breakaway in your organization.

In contrast to GWT, you earn 10% commission on ALL of your organization regardless of what volume they bring in. We have no breakaway in GWT. So your team doesn’t have to generate 3000 sales volume in order for them to breakaway and for you to earn 10% on their sales volume… you earn that from day 1.

The issues I would be concerned with as well is what happens if someone who is an Executive doesn’t bring in 3000 GSV that month. Does that demote them and also possibly demote your rank as well? So now you don’t earn the 5% on their sales volume anymore. And lastly, what happens if no one in your organization brings in 3000 GSV’s… than you never earn this income at all?

Mega Performance Bonus Pool – covered this before slightly where you get a portion of the total sales volume from different regions… again just another bonus and not true residual income.

Some additional key points –

1) They pay monthly. GWT pays weekly.
2) GWT is international every country, Nuskin you can only do business where they are allowed to.
3) Stairstep Breakaway plans are very tough to earn serious incomes. GWT is so much easier.
4) They don’t have matching bonuses. GWT has them.
5) Nuskin is in nutrition and there are tons of competition, GWT has none.
6) Nuskin products can expire and they request that you consume 80% of your PSV before your next order. In GWT, you don’t have to consum 80% of your SAC per month to order another SAC month.
7) Have to have 5 retail orders per month to be Active. GWT you don’t need this.
8) Nuskin has been around for at least 25 years now, GWT is 5 years. They’re already in lots of countries while GWT is starting off so more opportunity for huge growth.
