Yet again, I was asked to look into the Numis Network MLM company, in regards to their compensation plan as well as their products.  With Numis Network, the compensation plan is designed to pay more to the people with higher ranks.  In fact, the team commissions aren’t available until you reach a 2-star rank with Numis Network.  With ranks, as we teach, it’s “GAME-OVER” as per the Compensation Plan Pitfalls training.

Fast Track BonusFirstly, they have a fast track bonus which is $100.  In GWT, you will receive a $50 wholesale profit plus a 5% match on IA which equates to 90IA if it’s a Diamond which is $225 retail value or $112.50 at the LC’s price which is a value of $162.50.Retail CommissionsThey also have retail commissions but honestly, I doubt anyone actually sells this coins so it’s almost pointless talking about this. At least in GWT, people do tons of homeshows and sell bling off their body and has a real retail aspect.

Binary Commissions

Numis has a binary system but they only pay you on the weaker leg. I got this from their direct website.  THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT difference because again, we are all here to make money in residual income.  For the same effort, you will be getting paid 200-300%+ more in GWT then you would with Numis.  As we teach, this is “GAME-OVER”. … etail.html

So in other words, it’s paying you less, way less then GWT because you never touch your bigger leg. I always give the example of when you have $1667 in your weaker leg in GWT, it matches $3333 on the bigger leg and you get paid up to $500. In theirs, when you have $1667 in your weaker leg, it pays you 10-12% so a maximum of $166.70. So GWT pays almost three times!!!

Maximum Payout

Numis maximum payout is 50% where GWT is 70%. Pretty simple choice here.

Matching Bonuses

The first thing to note here is that in Numis, you have to qualify to earn those matching bonuses. In GWT, you need to sponsor one person on the left, and one on the right. In Numis, not only do you have to sponsor several people, those people have to qualify as Executive. In GWT, you could sponsor 2 Retailers and be qualified for your matching bonuses.

I always explain to people a larger matching bonus of a smaller cheque is still a small cheque. So imagine getting 10% of $500 in GWT, this is the same as their matching bonus if you were at the AMB level (I guess that means Ambassador for Numis), which is 30% of $100 which is also $30. So my point here is that you get more cheques sooner with GWT and more right away. Let’s face it, most people will never achieve the Silver Amb or Gold Amb or even Amb in Numis. In GWT, once you have your two people, you are earning your matching bonuses forever.
One other difference here as well is that in Numis their matching bonuses aside from the personal enrolled ones are for Generations of 4Star Managers. In GWT, you get matching bonuses for all second generation members. My point here is that you may never even have a 4Star Manager in your team where as in GWT, you’ll have second generation people earning cheques.

This is the core of the comp plans, they have extra bonuses like we do in GWT but in this business, we are here for the residual income. I don’t bother talking about the car program but they only give you one brand, BMW, GWT gives you 7.

Also, the biggest issues about Numis is that they say their coins are collectable and worth something. If not the company saying that, than it’s definitely the members.

Here’s the thing… if I were to buy gold or silver coins, I would buy it from the Canadian mint. Why would I buy their gold coins when I can buy it directly from the mint. Meanwhile, I’m paying more for their gold coins because it’s “collectable”. First of all, the only people collecting these coins are the people in Numis. In other
words, it has no value outside of Numis. If you were to sell it, you would just sell it back to some Numis people but they wouldn’t buy it from you because they already have their own.

I’ve also seen people’s articles talking about how they can buy the same coins cheaper on EBay.

It’s just silly. With GWT, you can wear our silver and gold. Isn’t it obvious? Can you wear a silver coin on your ear?
