Let me first start by looking at the bread and butter of any compensation plan which is the residual income. As you all know, residual income is one can comfortably retire in Direct Sales and it’s the #1 reason why people get started in the first place. If you haven’t already, watch my training video talking about compensation plan pitfalls to truly understand what to be wary of in MLM. That video can be found here.
Upon looking at the LifeVantage compensation plan, two instant “GAME-OVER” clauses came up. Firstly, they have ranks which means to unlock a higher income in their compensation plan, one has to qualify for higher levels or ranks to unlock higher incomes. In GWT, simply by launching your VDM as a Diamond VDM you instantly unlock the highest potential incomes just like all the other top earners. Nothing says that because you’re a lower rank, you earn less. At GWT, opportunity is made equal amongst ALL distributors regardless of how long you’ve been there.
The second “GAME-OVER” clause I saw is that they only have down to 9 levels. In MLM, the longer you are in business, the deeper your organization will grow. This is a 100% FACT! However, if you’re only ever getting paid down to 9 levels, you’ll never see the volume or sales from below 9 levels. In GWT, you get paid to INFINITY. Why would you choose to get paid to 9 levels, when you can choose to get paid down to INFINITY!!
In regards to the matching bonus, never forget that matching bonuses are paid off of your team earning commissions. Would you rather then 30% of a small number, or 10% of a big number? Example, someone in your team earns a commission of $30 then 30% would be $9. In GWT, someone in your team earns $500 a cycle, you earn 10% which is $50.
