There’s now more healthy coffee companies fighting it out, with similar compensation plans, and similar claims of how their magic mushroom coffee and other drinks are the latest and greatest in the health and wellness space today. But really, since I last did this post there have been numerous other coffee companies with the most recent issue with GANO EXCEL, then GANO LIFE, then ORGANO GOLD, and now JAVITA, etc..
This is the compensation plan pdf that I am using for this comparison.
Let’s focus on the most important earning stream which is the team commissions. As I taught in the Compensation Plan Pitfalls training http://ourgwt.com/ourblog/compensation-plan-pitfalls/, you always want to focus on earning commissions because they are life time. Bonuses only come once and have to be earned again so it’s not on-going residual income.
In Javita, they use a unilevel compensation plan. This means that you can build many legs. This is an instant GAME-OVER because in GWT, you only have to build 2 legs. Why would you want to build more then 2 legs when at GWT, you only need to build 2 and you can help place distributors under other distributors.
Also, in Javita they have ranks so another GAME-OVER! In Javita, they have a total of 22 Ranks. From Associate I, II, III, then Consultant I, II, III, then Supervisor I, II, III, then Manager I, II, III, then Director I, II, III. After all that, you then have Diamond, Blue Diamond, Royal Blue Diamond, Black Diamond, Royal Black Diamond, and lastly Crown Diamond.
In GWT, there are no ranks that determine how much commission you can make. Just by launching your VDM as a Diamond LC, you have the maximum commissions.
In Javita, because it’s a unilevel plan, you only get paid down to 15 levels. Another GAME-OVER clause. At GWT, you get paid down to infinity on Day 1. Also, In Javita, you don’t instantly get paid down to 15 levels. You have to advance rank. You actually start level 1, and each rank you advance, you get an extra level. Imagine if you’re only at the second rank and you’re only ever earning on 2 levels. At GWT again, it’s infinity.
In Javita, as you gain more levels, the percentage of payout goes from 4% on each level, to 5% on certain levels, but then back down to 5% on lower levels. And at the highest ranks, you’re only get 4%. At GWT, you get 8% on the 1st level down to infinity from Day 1 NO RANKS!!!
Frankly, enough as been said with this comparison as Javita comes no where close to GWT’s payout. Javita has bonuses but so does GWT but again, we are in this industry to earn lifelong passive income. The fact that Javita pays mostly 4% sometimes 5% on the first 15 levels which you need to earn ranks to attain, is a HUGE GAME-OVER!
