Let’s focus on the most important earning stream which is the team commissions. As I taught in the Compensation Plan Pitfalls training http://ourgwt.com/ourblog/compensation-plan-pitfalls/, you always want to focus on earning commissions because they are life time. Bonuses only come once and have to be earned again so it’s not on-going residual income.

In short, they have a bunch of bonuses but so does every company.  And as we teach all the time, focus on earning lifelong residual income because that’s the bread and butter of your income.

At DynaMaxx, they also have a binary but it’s a 50/50 rigid binary that only pays you 10% on the weaker leg.  For example, if you had 30,000 left and 60,000 right, DynaMaxx pays you 10% of 30,000 which is $3,000.  At GWT, the EXACT same scenario, GWT will take 30,000 left volume, add the 60,000 right volume for a total of 90,000 volume, and then pay you 10% of ALL of that which is $9,000.  In short, GWT pays 300% MORE then DynaMaxx in residual income and is a VARIABLE Binary comp plan that pays you faster!  GAME-OVER!
