Throughout my course in the Direct Sales industry, I’ve learned the importance of the compensation plan. Too many people that I’ve met are building extremely hard in their companies without truly understanding how compensation plans work. Either they only understand to some length their own company’s compensation plan, or they simply have NO idea how their company’s compensation plan works. And in 99% of the cases, most people don’t even read their company’s Policy and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, or the detailed compensation plan to learn of all the details in their company’s compensation plan.
In today’s day and age, there are too many key details that one does not see in the company’s powerpoint presentation. In most cases, these finer details are found in small print in some pdf somewhere. And over the course of time, a lot of people in our teams ask us about information about their previous company’s compensation plan, about their current company’s compensation plan, or even a compensation plan of another prospect’s company.
As time progressed, we’ve received more then one inquiry to the same company’s compensation plan and instead of going through emails to send people the research we’ve done, we’ve decided to put it up for people to access. Below is the list of companies we’ve looked at.
Note: The research below is based upon the time that we looked at the company’s compensation plan. Plans do change and so if you feel that our research is outdated, please contact us and we will update it. Rene Liaw at email@example.com.
Note 2: Our compensation plan comparisons were stored on ourgwt.com/ourforum and we are in the process of migrating all the comparisons to this page. If you don’t see a company that you are looking for, please contact me.
