It is a fully equipped facility with wireless, flat screen displays, cafe/winebar, patio, boardroom area, kitchen, meeting and lounge areas. It is located on the TTC streetcar route in the midst of the beautiful Lakeshore Village with restaurants, cafes, and UPS store with in walking distance.
GWT associates are invited to use the facility as a personal office, for one on one meetings and larger meetings with space for approximately 80 people. Wealth Network prices are dramatically less than hotels and offers greater flexibility since the building and facility are owned by Derek Houghton.

If you’ve never been to the MMI, you’re missing out. I’ve seen it transform the mindset of people who have been conditioned to be employees their whole lives, so that they can make the shift to becoming successful entrepreneurs and investors.  Congratulations to our newly minted recognized trainers in the OurGWT family, recognized at the Sint Maarten Caribbean Launch Conference this past Saturday!
Errol Trench has been an amazing leader in his team since he truly put himself on the line and committed to working his GWT business to drive hard to his goals. Few people work harder and have more passion about sharing their knowledge and vision for the company – and the results have shown with the amazing recent growth in his team in Canada, the Caribbean, and beyond! He’s an amazing presenter and had the crowd hanging on his every word in Sint Maarten’s big tours this week. He is also and an accomplished trainer and organizer and was recognized by being added as a Diplomat trainer! Contratulations!
Congratulations Sherry Zhao for becoming and Diplomat as well! Everyone knows how committed Sherry is to the business, and she is not only a phenomenal trainer whether by phone, webinar, or in person, but she has organized so many events for the Chinese and Dragon teams, and was part of the amazing crew that has opened up California and participated in the past two Sint Maarten events.
And an even bigger congratulations to Lior Skaler, the newest addition to the elite Ambassador group. Lior has consistently demonstrated his excellence as a trainer, and after he co-organized the biggest Boot Camp in GWT history last month, we know he could do it all if we sent him to new markets to run one on his own! He has done a number of memorable Saturday and Sunday Night trainings, and has been the compensation plan presenter at several of the biggest events in GWT history, including the 2009 World Conference and this week’s Caribbean Launch in Sint Maarten. And now his team is one of the fastest growing in GWT, thanks to his leadership and excellence as a trainer. Congratulations Lior and welcome to this elite Ambassador’s Club!
