Joel Graber
is one of the young guns who has consistently stepped up and pushed himself to become a better and better trainer and leader. From coming to the Head Office that first time right around his birthday for the 2009 Conference, becoming a hotel Tour presenter in Alberta, stepping up to be a regular on the Next 30 Days – even having him featured in a recording because he does a clear and simple version – to becoming a great trainer at Bootcamps both Online and Live, and helping to organize bootcamps as well, Joel is a great young leader and deserves the honour. And he’s working hard to complete all the sections.
Lisa Dewar
is one of the best new trainers we have in the company. She comes from a coaching, mentorship and pastoring background and is a truly amazing lady with an inspiring story. While taking care of her children, she gives her heart and soul for the company, working tirelessly in Edmonton as well as travelling regularly to BC, and was the leader that broke things open there. Her Sunday night training on a Coach Approach to GWT has received rave reviews throughout the company and I’ve heard people say that it helped them get past a limiting belief and they’ve had major breakthroughs this week in response! She trains her team well in BC starting with the Next 30 Days, and is a great trainer at Bootcamps in Alberta and BC, and is a terrific organizer of the events in Edmonton, BC, and now the Alberta Bootcamp this month. She is one of the rising stars out west and is respected by everyone for her approach, knowledge and being a student of the business. She wants to know every detail so she can represent the business correctly in every aspect.
Petrina Gratton
Petrina was one of our original trainers in Alberta, and continues to grow and help everyone! She continued to work hard with her team and anyone else she could help in Calgary, and all over the map in smaller markets. She’s travelled to BC with us repeatedly before, as well as building the business in Nunavut, Ottawa, Texas, Scotland and the Bahamas in the past as well. She has trained absolutely every section of the Bootcamp, did the Next 30 Days for months and months last year, and has organized events in various markets. She has been one of the leading lights from the moment we got to Alberta when we saw her step forward as a phenomenal testimonial, then presenter, and trainer, and she truly deserves this honour!
Jonathan Strome
Everyone knows the amazing talent that Jon has displayed in his year and one half in the business. He’s done every type of training short of Forensic, and is such and inspiring and gifted speaker and trainer. He is a leader with the Young Guns, was a big part of the team that went out for the BC events with Rene last time, and his passion and commitment to the business is unquestioned. Everyone loves him and he is one of the most gifted trainers and speakers in the entire company, at such a young age. We’re proud of him!
