Congratulations to the two newest Ambassador trainers in the GWT family – Carolyn Dickinson, and OurGWT’s very own Valerie Maltman. Both of these amazing ladies were promoted from being Diplomats based on their long-standing commitment to making sure everyone in the business gets trained, and demonstrating long term alignment with promoting the vision of GWT as a corporation! We’re proud of both of you, and excited to have you as part of the Ambassador team!
We also wanted to recognize two new trainers from the OurGWT family who stepped up to become trainers at the June Boot Camp! Taylore Anderson is an amazing lady who has a powerful and growing team in multiple markets, and she did a fantastic job with her first live public training – following it up with a great Saturday morning training last week as well!
Brian Arrindell is another rising star in the OurGWT team, who came out to Sint Maarten to support and grow his team, and followed it up with a great Saturday Webinar training just a few weeks ago – and now took the next step to being a Live Boot Camp Trainer with a great job on the Powerful Testimonials section in June. Brian does a fantastic job making sure his team is equipped and we’re proud of the way both Brian and Taylore have stepped up and continue to grow!
We encourage everyone in our team to step up and grow, and make sure to contact your upline about opportunities to start helping out with trainings like the Fast Start training and helping with the early Phases of the Enroller’s Checklist. The next step is Saturday trainings and Bootcamps – and for those of you with more of an organizing talent you can be involved in the coordination of the Boot Camp as well. Next time you attend a Boot Camp takes notes about how you would TRAIN that section, not just as a participant, so you can be ready to train your people, or grow into doing it on stage too. Contact a Diplomat or Ambassador to get your name in the mix – because as soon as you start getting recognized as a trainer at corporate events, it helps your team to grow because of the recognition and development!
